Deborah is a principal of Advance Solutions, int. She has over 20 years of nursing and human resources experience. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Psychology from Elmhurst College, and a Masters degree in Nursing and Healthcare Business Administration from St. Xavier University. She also has earned her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
Deborah was the Human Resource Director of a multi-site system responsible for the delivery of HR programs and services affecting more than 5,100 employees, including 300 management team members at three locations. She also served as a Senior Research Consultant at the National Institutes of Health and the Illinois Hospital and Health Systems Association.

Deborah is a frequent guest lecturer at Northwestern University, Chicago, Illinois. Deborah's most recent publications include the publication of "Effective Employee Relations in Reengineered Organizations" in the Journal of Nursing Administration (Fall 1999). In addition, she was recently appointed to the Editorial Board of Issues in Health Care Law, Ethics and Regulation. She has published articles on managing the career transition process and she is active in the American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration and the Society for Human Resource Management.
